dont bother buying (InApp purchase, without this app is almost useless) or even just downloading this app - at least 3/4 of this app is based around a predefined exercise library (not possible to expand or even just name exercise), which misses a LOT of excercises and even whole bodyparts - e.g. PostoriorDeltoids/RearShoulders are missing completely. Even for the Bodyparts that are included you are stuck with the predefined excercises. The good part of this app you can document/build your own strength-wos, and the exercises that are included have guides/descriptions and tutorial Videos within (needs mobile internet access), but as explained, you can only use the few predefined exercises, which makes this app next to useless.
Update is not good
Last version was good and also showed how many sets and reps to do for each exercise. The updated version just shows exercises and app is working slow too. Think have to delete it now if they do not do another update for this app.
Very nice
This app gives you workouts for practically every muscle in your body, head to toe. Any part of the body you want to workout has a detailed description of what muscles are used, how to do the workout, and almost all come with a video of how to do the workout. Only problem I have is that the scale is in KiloGrams and not Pounds, but overall this is a great app to use for any workout you can think of.

This app is one complete workout package for all level bodybuilders. Highly recommended.
